Lindsey Wendler

Lindsey Wendler serves as Managing Director at Dresner Partners, where she specialized in sell-side and buy-side M & A advisory, restructuring, and capital raising. Lindsey focuses on transactions in the consumer, B2B services, and industrial sectors. 

Lindsey holds multiple leadership positions within local and national middle market M & A/business organizations including: 

• Investment Banking Chair on Board of Directors for The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG DFW Chapter)
• ACG DFW Networking Events Committee Member
• Investment Banking Co-Chair of ACG DealMax Committee
• President of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM & AA) DFW Chapter
• Chair of AM & AA National Chapter Leadership Committee
• Member of AM & AA National Advisory Council

Prior to joining Dresner Partners, Lindsey served in Managing Director roles at Skystone Securities and National Transaction Advisors, where she focused on sell-ride and buy-side transactions across a diverse range of industries and situations, including those with stressed/distressed companies, restructurings, and Chapter 11/363 sales.
