As a private equity operating partner you know finding and cultivating the right talent is the lynchpin to meeting your growth goals. However, since the onset of COVID, attracting and retaining talent has become increasingly difficult. In fact, 48% of c-suite executives recently surveyed by the National Center for Middle Market, cited talent management as a long-term challenge.

Join us as we speak with Kasra Moozar, a Principal with private equity firm Novacap, on how his firm has found success. We’ll be discussing the strategies companies are employing to attract and retain talent and how they are using technology to lessen the burden on talent today.
