However, since the onset of COVID, attracting and retaining talent has become increasingly difficult. In fact, 48% of c-suite executives recently surveyed by the National Center for Middle Market, cited talent management as a long-term challenge.
Join us as we speak with Kasra Moozar, a Principal with private equity firm Novacap, on how his firm has found success. We’ll be discussing the strategies companies are employing to attract and retain talent and how they are using technology to lessen the burden on talent today.

Since the beginning of 2020, Kevin has led AspireHR as its CEO and President. During that time, the company has experienced significant growth while maturing and expanding its technology solutions for the HR industry with new HCM software, long-term managed services, strategic advisory consulting and systems integration capabilities.

Prior to leading AspireHR, Kevin enjoyed a diversity of experiences including 10 years as CIO for two different Fortune 250 companies, one that was publicly traded and another that was owned by several of the largest private equity firms globally. Kevin spent an additional decade growing a systems integration firm he co-founded 700% before executing a strategic acquisition with Black & Veatch. He spent the first seven years of his career with Accenture as an architect and program manager. Throughout his career, Kevin has focused on creating purpose-driven organizations with commitment to sustainable high performance.

Kevin graduated with Honors from The University of Texas at Austin in 1992 and continued his education in Wharton’s Advanced Management Program (AMP) and Harvard’s High Potentials Leadership Program (HPLP).

Rebecca Murray is a Vice President of Sales at Illumiti where she co-founded the SAP SuccessFactors practice over a decade ago. She is an experienced Human Capital Management Consultant, helping companies develop and continuously maintain optimal and high-performing workforces. She specializes in the design and integration of talent management and self-service solutions. Rebecca helps clients across the world implement sustainable global workforce development strategies. She applies her insight and knowledge to each endeavor and excels in delivering a positive user experience. Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Masters’ degree in Business Administration. 


Kasra Moozar


Mr Moozar holds a Bachelor’s and Masters degree in Engineering from McGill University.

With close to 20 years experience, Mr. Moozar has held senior positions in general management, corporate development, business development, operations and strategy for diverse organizations, such as Morneau Shepell, Telus Health, Nanthealth, Gexel Telecom. His strong abilities in relationship development and negotiation skills supported these companies with their growth.

Kasra is a member of the Board of Directors of Lift Session and Greybox Solutions Inc. 

Mr Moozar is fluently quadrilingual.
