Mathew Mikulay is a senior manager in Baker Tilly’s risk advisory practice. He specializes in business risk management, internal audit, internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. Matt has experience working in several industries including manufacturing, technology, life sciences, higher education, and financial services. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Mathew worked for a large international public accounting firm providing financial statement audit and compliance services, primarily serving manufacturing and industrial SEC clients and a financial services firm.

James Schoppe is a senior manager in Baker Tilly’s risk advisory practice. He has wide range of experience including forensic accounting, financial statement audit, and tax services. Jim has experience in working with several industries including financial services, healthcare, retail and higher education. He works on a broad array of projects including internal audit, process improvement, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, accounting support and consultation services.
