Don Stanovcak Jr., J.D.

Don is an attorney and a member of Plante Moran’s National Tax Office. He provides tax compliance and consulting services to closely held owner-operated corporations, consolidated corporations, single and multitiered partnerships domestic, as well as multinational private equity funds and portfolio companies in manufacturing, distribution, and other service-related industries. Don’s technical experience includes structuring sales and acquisitions, entity choice, and tax reform. He’s a member of the American Bar Association and ACG New York. Don received his B.S. in accounting and J.D. from The University of Akron.
