February 2017 Corporate Development Peer Group Meeting

We are all quite aware that the integration of cultures after a corporate M&A transaction can be amongst the most challenging post-closing issues.  Obviously, culture is not something you can measure on a set of financial statements.  There's no set of metrics for how to assess culture, nor consider what its impact has been on the acquired business, then understand how culture may affect the way combined companies perform after acquisition.
