Dana Kettle, CFO, Henderson Engineers

Dana began her journey as Henderson’s first accountant in 1994 and now proudly stands as Chief Financial Officer. She was also the second female principal and the first woman appointed to our Board of Directors. Not to mention, she’s the first non-engineer to hold either of those roles in Henderson’s history. Dana is deeply involved in the intricacies of all of Henderson’s financials, and you’d be hard pressed to find someone else who knows the ins and outs of the business better than she does.

Andrew Peck, CFO, PBI Gordon

Andrew Peck is Chief Financial Officer of PBI-Gordon Companies, Inc. and its subsidiaries, PBI-Gordon Corporation, Pegasus Laboratories, and Pet-Ag, Inc. He joined the Company in 2016 as CFO and leads Finance, Legal and Risk Management, Payroll, 401(k), and ESOP Administration. Andrew has played a key role in several transformational projects, including the purchase of the Company’s current headquarters building in Shawnee, Kansas.

Jeff Placek, CFO, McCownGordon

Jeff Placek is Chief Financial Officer and Board Member for McCownGordon Construction, LLC, one of the largest general contractors in the Central United States. With nearly 28 years in the industry, Jeff has extensive experience in financial planning and management. His major responsibilities include financial and tax reporting, budgeting and forecasting, corporate risk management, financial and operational controls/procedures, along with significant involvement in corporate governance, information technology and strategic pursuit decisions. A member of the firm’s Executive Team, Jeff assists with evaluation of strategic direction of the entire organization.

Robert Grossman, Shareholder, Polsinelli

Robert D. Grossman is a shareholder in the Corporate and Transactional Practice Group and leads the firm’s National ESOP Practice.  He is a nationally-recognized ESOP authority, his practice involves the design, drafting and operation of ESOPs as well as other types of qualified retirement plans, executive compensation programs and equity and non-equity based management incentive plans.
