Hear how Tom McGuire and two other owners, who purchased a manufacturing service provider in 1998, found its ultimate growth partner after they realized the 49 percent stake sold to a PE firm in 2020 was ill-advised. In searching for a new direction, the owners found a firm that had a vast amount of experience with ESOPs and operating portfolio companies. Tom brings us up to date on what happened with that investment.
