The region's top M&A transactions and growth strategies

ACG Kentucky’s Deal of the Year ceremony honors companies and executives whose M&A deals promote Middle Market growth for Louisville and the region.

This year's program celebrates outstanding transactions in two classes, large and small deals, and gives executives a forum to explain the unique strategies behind those deals. Be there to honor Family Allergy & Asthma (CEO Kay Tyler and co-founder James Sublett MD) and entrepreneur Chad Coulter, who sold LouVino to concentrate on the growth of a new restaurant concept.

The winners are evaluated and selected by a committee of M&A professionals, bankers and dealmakers, and join a "hall of fame" group of executives and companies honored for impactful deals, including Ted Nixon, CEO of D.D. Williamson & Co., Inc.; Craig Greenberg, 21c Museum Hotel; and Blue Equity's Jonathan Blue.

Get a state of the market update on the region's M&A activity and deals.

Sean McNally, a partner of Prairie Capital, will give us an overview of M&A activity. Prior to Prairie, Sean was an Analyst in the Business Services Group in the corporate finance department of William Blair & Company, focusing on mergers and acquisitions advisory services and public and private equity financings.

The annual Deal of the Year is part of ACG's focus on corporate growth and contributions the professional advisor ecosystem provide to consummate these deals.

Join us in celebrating these corporate accomplishments shaping the future.
