Overview

Body

We all know there's a new sheriff in Washington. With a new  administration in power, what are the expected impacts on the PE industry?  We reached out to veteran professionals in three areas to get their perspectives.

Chris Kramer (Partner, BKD CPAs and Advisors) will be providing his views on tax impacts. Jonathan Miller(Member, Frost Brown Todd) will give legal/regulatory insights. And David Allston (Director of Corporate Development, Harbour Group, St. Louis), will talk about the possibilities for deal activity, multiples, and potential policy changes.  And none of them will have the benefit of a crystal ball to gaze into.

So, mark your calendar for this ACG Kentucky online event, and watch for the registration email next week to save your place.  After the presentation and Q&A, we plan to have networking/discussion rooms for small group conversations.

Free for members and sponsors
