Vaco and Synoptek begin new partner associations with the chapter

LOUISVILLE - Entrepreneur and AI business firm partner Todd Earwood has accepted a leadership role with the Kentucky chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, a national M&A dealmaking resource that serves professionals who invest in, own and advise growing companies.

Earwood is one of 12 directors guiding the local organization, which was founded in 2008 and is one of ACG’s 61 chapters in the United States and Europe. He is a co-Founder and Managing Director of HalfCourt, a firm with a multi-stage portfolio of over 100 AI-driven companies. As a budding entrepreneur and investor, Todd has built 18 companies, several software products and has completed a number of exits.

“I’m excited to share my experiences with an organization that has done much to strengthen the foundations for business growth in Louisville and the region,” he said.
