LOUISVILLE -

Which business transaction had the largest impact on the Louisville metropolitan region?

Business executives, legal and accounting advisors, bankers and capital providers -- ACG Kentucky seeks your input. We’re calling for nominations for ACG Kentucky’s 2020 Deal of the Year.

Now in its fifth year, the annual ACG Kentucky Deal of the Year honors companies, private equity firms and investment groups for the merger, acquisition or capital markets transaction that made the biggest impact on Louisville in the past year.

A selection committee comprised of veteran M&A, capital markets and transaction professionals will evaluate each nomination and conduct additional research. The winner will be announced at a special ACG lunch event held at the Baird Conference Center at PNC Plaza (500 W. Jefferson St., Louisville, KY) on Wednesday, March 18.

"Last year was very active, with a number of significant transactions to choose from," said ACG Kentucky President Brad Smith. "The selection committee will carefully analyze the details and choose the most impactful Kentuckiana-region deal closed in 2019, in order to honor the executives and advisors involved. "

The Deal of the Year underscores ACG's focus on corporate growth and the professional ecosystem that helps executives orchestrate these deals - among them, advisors representing private equity, investment banking, finance, accounting, legal, and risk management providers, among others.
