  • October TBD - ACG Kentucky Deal of the Year, presented by Frost Brown Todd, honors a Louisville-area company for an exceptional transaction - a merger or acquisition during 2019 - that had the greatest impact on local middle-market corporate growth.

  • November 12 - MiddleGround Capital Partner John Stewart discusses his firm, its evolution and its position as a private equity firm that invests in and operates B2B companies in the industrial and specialty distribution sectors in the lower middle market.
