LOUISVILLE (August 28, 2019) - ACG Kentucky announced a speaker lineup for the fall that covers M&A, ESOP, community development and economic topics.

All events are scheduled for the Hilliard/Baird 12th floor Conference Center at its downtown headquarters on 500 W. Jefferson St., 40202.  Be sure to put these dates in your calendar:

September 19 | Thursday | 11:30 a.m.

As CEO, David Richardson led The Learning House sale

Speaker: David Richardson, former CEO, The Learning House | Topic: Growth and M&A lessons from The Learning House.

October 24 | Thursday | 11:30 a.m.

Speaker: Stephen A. Smith, managing partner of Paristown LLC, member of the Paristown Preservation Trust and CEO/owner of Stoneware & Company.

November 6 | Wednesday | 11:30 a.m.

ESOP panel discussion includes Spencer Coates, president and director of Houchens Industries, Inc., Christy Lucas (CFO, Scoppechio) and Tony Balbach (CFO, KCC International). (Note date change.) RSVP.

December 10 | Tuesday | 11:30 a.m. (Joint meeting with the Louisville chapter of Financial Executives International)

2020 plans are shaping up for a joint session with the Louisville branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, the annual Deal of the Year awards, New Year's and Basketball Madness socials, and additional Speaker's Series events.
