ACG Kentucky’s Deal of the Year highlights Middle Market corporate growth in the region and the M&A dealmakers and professional advisors involved in bringing these transactions to a successful conclusion.

Selection criteria details:

• Does the deal involve a Louisville-area principal office, headquarters or substantial operations located in the metro area?
• Did the transaction provide a successful exit for local founders or investors?
• Was local investment, finance and private equity involved?
• What were the metrics of the deal? How did it change the business landscape?  Deal size in dollars, number of employees, impact on the industry and marketplace?

The submission deadline is March 15, 2025.
