Stephanie is a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Los Angeles Assurance practice. She has over 11 years of experience leading engagement teams providing assurance services to public, private and private-equity backed companies in various industries, including retail and consumer products, gaming, manufacturing and media and entertainment. Stephanie has extensive knowledge in SEC reporting and is experienced in working with clients on various technical accounting matters. She has significant experience with early stage companies with a great understanding of the critical requirements of high growth companies and the expertise to help advise on the transformation of accounting functions from early stage to mature.

Teresa is a Financial Advisor and Executive Director with J.P. Morgan Securities, a wealth management division of J.P. Morgan and a partner in the Romans Fisher Group. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, she was a Client Advisor and Vice President of Bernstein Global Wealth Management (2006–2012). As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Teresa advises clients on an array of wealth management issues, including investments, estate planning, wealth transfer strategies and concentrated stock positions. Teresa began her career in financial services as an Analyst at Wachovia Securities in 2004.

Laura is an attorney in Greenberg Glusker’s Private Client Services Group. Laura counsels high net worth individuals and families on issues involving estate and tax planning, business succession, wealth transfer, and post-death trust administration. Laura also counsels nonprofit organizations, including family foundations, operating foundations and public charities.

Luchanna serves as Director in the Los Angeles office of BDO Consulting, supporting the Valuation & Business Analytics practice.   She has over 17 years of experience including the management of complex multidisciplinary assignments, development of fairness and solvency opinions, the valuation of business enterprises, partial interests, equity and debt instruments and intangible assets for the purposes of financial and tax reporting, ESOP ERISA compliance, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financings.

Gayane Kirakosyan has over 15 years of investment banking experience advising middle-market companies on debt and equity capital raises, M&A transactions, and financial restructurings/bankruptcy and has helped close over $2.6 billion in transactions throughout her career.  She is currently a Director at FocalPoint Partners, a boutique middle-market investment bank.

Linda is a corporate partner in the Century City office of Sheppard Mullin with a focus on deals in the entertainment and digital media, fashion, retail and technology industries.  Linda’s practice involves mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity and debt financing, executive employment arrangements and general corporate advice for startups and large companies.

Susan  is a Managing Director and the Business Development Officer of Covington Capital Management (“CCM”).  CCM is an employee-owned Registered Investment Advisor managing more than $2.5 Billion of assets for high net worth individuals, multi-generational families, family offices, foundations and non-profits.  Susan was previously a big firm corporate partner. Susan creates relationships between members of the community and the CCM Portfolio Managers.  Susan has been a member of ACG at large for at least decade, and has been on the Executive Committee of the Women of ACG for 5 years.  Susan is on the Board of Directors of Minds Matter Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation and the Women's Leadership Council.
