Jalal has over 10 years’ experience in the commercial banking industry providing senior debt financing to Middle Market size companies. His experience includes financing working capital, capital expenditures, owner occupied real estate, letters of credit, foreign exchange, and managing the depository aspect of relationships along with treasury management. Jalal has handled all aspects of origination, business development, structuring, underwriting, and portfolio management. Currently at Comerica Bank Middle Market, Jalal is focused on lending to middle market companies with annual revenues ranging from $20.0 million to $500.0 million. At Comerica Bank, Jalal has the ability to customize working capital solutions to clients that match their unique needs, in addition to bringing a team of specialists to handle other areas of banking such as leasing, hedging, international trade, mergers and acquisitions M&A; in addition to Private Equity backed transactions. Prior to joining ACG LA, Bill served as the Executive Director of the World Presidents’ Organization (WPO). Bill was tasked with communicating the value of the recently merged organization and to help craft a common culture. As a long-time member of both the WPO and the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), he worked with the YPO-WPO International board, the WPO board and regional and chapter leadership to advance the mission of the organization and strengthen the value it provides to members worldwide.
