Rehan Chaudhry

Rehan is a partner advisor at AdvicePeriod, where he advises a select group of high worth individuals and senior corporate executives, helping them to integrate their asset allocation and investment strategies with tax, estate planning, and philanthropic strategies.  His experience includes more than 15 years advising clients with prominent financial services firms. Prior to joining AdvicePeriod, Rehan was a Senior Director at Bank of New York Mellon Wealth Management in Los Angeles, focusing on business succession planning, personal and business lending opportunities, and wealth transfer strategies, to help business owners successfully transition from entrepreneur to investor.  He began his career in Investment Banking with J.P. Morgan before transitioning into Private Banking, giving him a unique perspective for privately-held and publicly-traded business owners and their advisors through the lifecycle of their business, both pre- and post-liquidity event.

Charity is an Audit partner in the KPMG Los Angeles office with over 16 years of experience focused on large multi-national public and private companies in the consumer markets and retail sectors. She serve as the Pacific Southwest Audit Consumer Markets and Retail Leader. Charity's background includes comprehensive experience with Internal control test work, performing technical accounting analysis, advising clients on various SEC offering filings and complex accounting matters including revenue recognition, derivatives and hedging, asset impairment, acquisition, accounting and variable interest entities.

Charity is also the LA Audit Recruiting Partner In Charge working closely with our campus recruiting team.

Jennifer Post

Jennifer is a partner at Thompson Coburn, a national, full service, law firm with offices in Chicago, Los Angeles, St. Louis and Washington, D.C. The firm’s 380 attorneys provide transactional, compliance and litigation services to individuals, institutions, emerging companies and large multi-national companies. Located in the firm’s Los Angeles office, she is a member of the Corporate and Securities practice group advising operating companies in many aspects of their businesses including financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, licensing, distribution arrangements, and joint ventures. Jennifer also represents venture capital funds, hedge funds and private equity funds in a range of private investment and lending transactions including venture debt transactions. A prolific speaker and media commentator, Jennifer was recently profiled in the California Lawyer's M&A Roundtable. Additionally, she has presented at Digital Hollywood, the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the American Bar Association, among others.

Jennifer has been recognized in the business community for her leadership and influence in Southern California. She has received three distinct honors from the Los Angeles Business Journal:

Tracy is a Director and Business Development Officer for Citibank where she focuses on building and leading sales efforts for the Escrow and Paying Agent business via strategic alliances with professionals specializing in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, restructuring, and litigation.

 

Prior to joining Citi, Tracy served as the Institutional Escrow Services Specialist for the Corporate and Investment Bank at J.P. Morgan where she led the business development and sales initiatives for 9 states across Western US. Tracy also spent time within the transaction opinions practice of Duff & Phelps. Tracy holds a B.A. from UCSB and MBA from USC Marshall School of Business.

Todd Kaltman

Todd  joined Duff & Phelps in 2000. He is a managing director in the Los Angeles office and is part of the firm's Transaction Opinion practice. He has been providing financial advisory services to public and private companies since 1990.  Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Todd was a senior vice president at Valuation Counselors. He specializes in providing fairness opinions, solvency opinions, valuations and related advisory services for public and private companies. In addition to serving clients across a wide range of industries, Todd has extensive experience in the healthcare services sector, advising clients such as Tenet HealthCare, Catholic Healthcare West, Specialty Surgical Centers and Sisters of St. Francis Healthcare System.

Todd has been involved with the Awards Committee dating back to 2011 and chaired the last 5+ Awards Dinners.

Adam Feit

Adam is a Managing Director and Los Angeles Market President for Commercial Banking.  He leads the bank's Middle Market and Business Banking strategy for the Los Angeles region. Adam manages a team that provides financial products and services to publicly traded, private equity owned and closely held entities. This team of high-caliber professionals provides advisory services and seamless execution to corporate clients across all industries. Adam joined Union Bank from Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he spent 13 years covering Large Corporate and Middle Market clients across a variety of industries. Prior to that, he was a management consultant with The Alcar Group, where he oversaw engagements with a number of Fortune 500 companies. 

Feit received his MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business and is also a CFA charterholder.

Paul Gurrola is a Director of Business Development within the Valuation Advisory group. Paul is responsible for developing relationships with finance executives of public and private companies and private equity firms, managing client engagements, working with trusted advisors and continuing to build the Stout brand in the western United States.

Paul brings over 20 years of experience working with public and private companies on engagements that include merger and acquisition services, tax and consulting projects, and valuations for purposes of commercial and intellectual property disputes.

Prior to joining Stout, Paul was a Director at the national accounting firm of BDO USA where he was in charge of their Los Angeles business development efforts, including BDO’s West Coast private equity initiative.

Steve has more than 13 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience to each engagement. During his tenure with the firm, he has worked on sell-side, buy-side and equity and debt capital raising transactions for private equity, public corporations and private company clients. He was previously in the Private Placements Group at Libra Investments, where he executed on equity and debt transactions.

Orin has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, serving high net worth individuals, families and foundations. Prior to joining Aspiriant, he spent nearly four years as a Vice President in the Wealth and Investment Management division of Barclays; and eight years as a senior advisor at Merrill Lynch.

Before working in financial services, Orin was an Emmy award-winning broadcast journalist, anchoring television shows and covering news and sporting events for network affiliates around the country. As a sports reporter, he covered the ’92 Olympics in Barcelona and was asked to participate as a torchbearer in the ceremonial torch relay.

Young Presidents’ Organization

Prior to joining ACG LA, Bill served as the Executive Director of the World Presidents’ Organization (WPO).  Bill was tasked with communicating the value of the recently merged organization and to help craft a common culture.  As a long-time member of both the WPO and the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), he worked with the YPO-WPO International board, the WPO board and regional and chapter leadership to advance the mission of the organization and strengthen the value it provides to members worldwide.
