Felicia Lyon

KPMG LLP
Principal | Human Capital Advisory

My name is Felicia Lyon, and I lead KPMG’s Workforce Transformation Practice. For over 25 years, I have served Fortune 500 leaders when they face outside influences that require a focus on business growth, managing costs, while keeping the best and brightest employees engaged.  When I work with my clients, they can…

  • Strengthen their organization so that it is poised for growth.
  • Align individuals and teams to bolster accountability and performance.
  • Bring order to chaos with systems, processes, and teams that go the extra mile to execute.

By working together, we can create a paradigm shift within their organization that increases customer focus, inspires innovation, engages employees, and builds stronger revenues and business outcomes.

I work directly with C-Level leaders at my clients, have testified in front of Ambassadors and other government officials in the US and abroad, serve as a keynote speaker for the future of work and advancing women in business, and am an international best-selling author. My clients span Fortune 500 to start-ups, as well as State, Local and Foreign Governments. Some examples include Memorial Health Systems, Banana Republic, Nike, Logic2020, Pacific Rim Capital, Ad Astra, Cameron International, Chevron, BP, Bausch & Lomb, Lukoil (Russia), PEMEX (Mexico), the City of San Diego, Texas Department of Public Safety, the State of Ohio, The Government of Afghanistan and USAID. Industries include retail, professional services, life sciences, government, and energy.

It’s important to me to remain active in my local community - I recently accepted the nomination for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s 2021 Women of the Year campaign to bring awareness and fundraising for blood cancer research. I serve on the Board of Operation for Hope Foundation which supports survivors of domestic violence and was a founding Board Member for the International Coach Federation – San Diego Chapter charged with the professional development of executive coaches.

I am a Certified Professional Coach and hold a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University, Chicago and Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Georgia. My book Women Accelerated reached #1 international best-selling ranking.
