Robert Besser

Robert Besser, Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at KeyBank (Moderator)

Robert Besser is the California Commercial Leader for KeyBank Commercial Banking. In this capacity, Rob leads strategy for KeyBank’s targeted growth in the region and manages a team of senior relationship managers and payments advisors that provide trusted lending, payments, and capital markets strategic advisory solutions to clients across the Southwest. 

Rob has advised and arranged financing for hundreds of middle market to Global 100 clients across most industries throughout his 30-year Corporate, Investment, Commercial, and Mortgage Banking career. Rob joined KeyBanc Capital Markets in 2021 as a Corporate and Investment Banker and was promoted to his current role in 2024.  He previously advised clients at Mizuho Bank, BNY, and Truist Securities. 

Rob earned a B.A. in History from the University of California, Berkeley, and received his MBA from the University of Southern California in Marketing and International Finance.

Christina Bresani

Christina Bresani, Head of Mid-Cap Investment Banking at Wells Fargo

Christina Bresani is a managing director and head of Mid-Cap Investment Banking in the Corporate & Investment Banking division of Wells Fargo.

Over the course of her 27-plus year career, Christina has worked as a trusted strategic advisor on industry-shaping transactions involving private and publicly traded companies across the consumer, financial services, healthcare, industrials, real estate, services and technology sectors. Areas of expertise include acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, sell sides, recapitalizations, spin/split-offs and takeover/activism defense. Over her career, she has executed more than 100 transactions with an aggregate transaction value of approximately $200 billion.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Christina spent seven years at William Blair, as the Head of Corporate Advisory. Before that, she spent her entire career with UBS in New York, focused exclusively on mergers & acquisitions.

Christina received her B.A. in economics and Spanish, from Wellesley College.

Andrea Lee

Andrea Lee, Global Co-Head of Investment Banking at Jefferies

Andrea Lee is Global Co-Head of Investment Banking, Global Joint Head of Financial Institutions, and 
Global Head of Specialty Finance and Lending Technology at Jefferies LLC. The Specialty Finance and 
Lending Technology sector includes the full spectrum of consumer and commercial finance, marketplace 
lenders and technology enabled credit solutions providers. She has exclusively covered the specialty 
finance sector as an investment banker for over 30 years. Andrea received a B.A. in economics from 
Wesleyan University.

Gary Rabishaw

Gary Rabishaw, Head of Commercial & Consumer Technology at Intrepid

Gary is a Managing Director and Founding Principal of Intrepid, where he leads the Commercial and Consumer Technology practice. He has advised on M&A, private equity, and financing transactions across a range of sectors. He previously held senior roles at Barrington Associates, Wells Fargo Securities, and Banque Paribas, and also served as former President of ACG Los Angeles. A Chicago native, Gary is a lifelong Cubs fan, musician, and proud father of two.
