Christina Bresani, Head of Mid-Cap Investment Banking at Wells Fargo

Christina Bresani is a Managing Director and head of Mid-Cap M&A at Wells Fargo. She has 25+ years of experience advising on 100+ transactions across multiple sectors, totaling ~$200 billion. Previously, she led Corporate Advisory at William Blair and worked in M&A at UBS. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Wellesley College.

Andrea Lee, Global Co-Head of Investment Banking at Jefferies

Andrea Lee is Global Co-Head of Investment Banking and Global Head of Specialty Finance & Lending Technology at Jefferies, with 30+ years covering the sector. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University.

Gary Rabishaw, Head of Commercial & Consumer Technology at Intrepid

Gary is a Managing Director and Founding Principal of Intrepid, where he leads the Commercial and Consumer Technology practice. He has advised on M&A, private equity, and financing transactions across a range of sectors. He previously held senior roles at Barrington Associates, Wells Fargo Securities, and Banque Paribas, and also served as former President of ACG Los Angeles. A Chicago native, Gary is a lifelong Cubs fan, musician, and proud father of two.
