Mark Greenfield is a partner with Blank Rome. Mark has had extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, representing private equity sponsors, corporate acquirers and sell-side entrepreneurs. He also regularly represents clients in debt and equity capital raises, issuers, underwriters, placement agents and financial institutions. Mark represents clients in a broad range of industries including energy, technology, biotechnology, software, healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, gaming, hospitality, media and entertainment, and financial services. He also regularly provides expert testimony in the areas of corporate governance and healthcare, and he has served on numerous corporate boards, including audit committee assignments. Mark is a recognized authority in negotiation strategy and in positioning corporate clients for strategic growth. He also has authored several articles and speaks extensively. Mark recently was recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Most Influential M&A Advisors” and “Leaders in Law” as a top deal attorney.

 

Glenn Gurthcheff joined Harris Williams & Co. and founded the firm's Minneapolis office in 2006. Glenn is a member of the firm's Consumer Group, and is focused on food and beverage, restaurant and retail, consumer product, and consumer services industry segments. He has over 25 years of M&A and related transaction experience encompassing a wide range of industries. Prior to joining the firm, Glenn  was co-head of Piper Jaffray's Middle Market Mergers and Acquisitions practice, a group of investment banking professionals focused exclusively on mergers and acquisitions for a broad array of private equity and corporate clients. Prior to being named group head, he directed Piper Jaffray's food and beverage investment banking practice in addition to his responsibilities as a generalist M&A professional. Glenns' previous experience also includes mergers and acquisitions with Dain Rauscher Inc. (now RBC Dain Rauscher), corporate strategy at Northwest Airlines Corp., and work with Coopers & Lybrand's Valuation Services practice. 

 

Chris Petrossian  heads Lincoln’s LA office and is also a member of the firm’s U.S. Operating Committee and Fairness Opinion Committee. Chris actively markets the firm’s services, manages key client relationships and leads all aspects of deal execution for M&A advisory and capital raising transactions. Chris has 20 years of advisory experience in a broad range of industries and across all major product lines, having successfully closed over 80 transactions valued at over $46 billion. Prior to joining Lincoln in 2011, Chris spent over a decade with Lehman Brothers/Barclays Capital, where he ran the Western Region middle-market effort and was a senior officer in both the Financial Sponsors and M&A groups. Prior to business school, Chris worked at Deloitte Consulting and La Salle Partners.  Chris holds a MBA degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from UCLA, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude.

 

Nishen Radia is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner of FocalPoint Partners LLC. He has approximately 13 years of experience advising middle-market and multinational corporations on merger and acquisition strategies and execution, debt and equity capital raising and valuation/fairness opinions. Nishen served as Secretary of Valley Economic Development Center, Inc. until May 2, 2016 and has been its Chairman since May 2, 2016. He worked at Merrill Lynch in London, Hong Kong and New York, and prior to that, SocGen Investment Banking in London.

 

Fred Schmitt is the President and a Managing Director of The Sage Group, having joined the firm in 2000. He advises clients on various corporate finance transactions including M&A, capital raising, and restructuring. With Sage since its founding, Fred has been instrumental in building the firm’s retail and apparel practices, and also focuses on personal care and location-based entertainment.  Fred has completed over 60 sell-side M&A transactions for private companies, public companies, and private equity funds in these industries.  Fred started his investment banking career with ING Barings in New York.  He graduated magna cum laude from John Carroll University with a double major in finance and economics.
