Adam Spice

Adam Spice has served as Rocket Lab’s Chief Financial Officer since May 2018. Previously, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at MaxLinear, a provider of radio frequency, analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for the connected home, wired and wireless infrastructure and industrial and multimarket applications.

Prior to his time at MaxLinear, Mr. Spice held a variety of executive roles at Broadcom Corporation. During Mr. Spice’s tenure, from 2000 through 2009, Broadcom scaled from approximately $1.2 billion in revenue to $4.3 billion through a combination of organic growth and over 40 strategic acquisitions.  Prior to that, Mr. Spice held Senior Finance Management positions at Intel Corporation in its Planning and Logistics group and Intel Capital, and previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Symwave Corporation, a venture backed fabless semiconductor startup, leading up to its sale to SMSC.

Mr. Spice has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Brigham Young university and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
