Alex Krutz

Alex Krutz is the Managing Director of Patriot Industrial Partners, an Aerospace and Defense advisory firm that specializes in business transformation and industrial strategy. Mr. Krutz elevates business performance by focusing on manufacturing strategy, supply chain optimization and value creation and has been a consultant for airframe OEMs, Tier 1s and Tier 2s on operational turnarounds and for private equity groups on value creation planning and execution.

Prior to starting Patriot Industrial Partners, he worked for United Technologies, GKN Aerospace and various aerospace & defense businesses in roles of general management, operations, supply chain and program management. His experience spans across engines, APUs, structures, composites and large complex assemblies. Mr. Krutz is a Veteran of the U.S. Army having served overseas as a front line leader.
