Ms. Carol Marinello joined the Loar Group with over 20 years in the Aerospace and Defense industry, most recently holding the role of President at TA Aerospace. During her tenure there, she led the organization's transition to new ownership while also expanding Bookings, EBITDA, and Sales. Prior to TA Aerospace, she led her consulting firm, CJMarinello & Associates, delivering strategies for optimizing teams and businesses. Ms. Marinello has held executive leadership positions at TransDigm, BAE Systems and Northrop Grumman. Ms. Marinello is a Board Director of Women in Defense, Greater Los Angeles Chapter and is on the Steering Committee for the Aerospace & Defense Forum, Santa Clarita Chapter. |
