Gerry Janicki

Gerald Janicki works closely with Engineering to develop new products and translate customer requirements into solutions and programs. During his 18 years at the Company, he has grown the business 3x organically through the capture of new development contracts for new products on Defense platforms. Mr. Janicki has worked in the A&D industry for 42 years, starting at McDonnell Douglas/Boeing where he quickly rose through the ranks. He is an internationally recognized expert in the field of advanced materials, structures, manufacturing technology, business development, engineering test, and operations. Mr. Janicki received NASA's highest civilian achievement award.
