Mr. Raman Venkat is the Chief Executive Officer of LeFiell Manufacturing Company in Santa Fe Springs, CA. LeFiell Manufacturing Company was established in 1930 and became an ESOP in 1974 and is currently a 100% Employee Owned ESOP. Raman Venkat joined LeFiell in 1992 and has a 30+ year experience in Aerospace, overseeing IT, Marketing and Finance functions prior to his appointment as the CEO. Before joining LeFiell, he had an Engineering career at Ashok Leyland, India (subsidiary of the automotive manufacturer British Leyland), a consulting IT career at Tata Unisys Limited, India and the Treasury Department at the State of Michigan.
