Steve Moon leverages over 25 years of M&A and corporate finance experience assisting private equity firms, public corporations and private company clients with mergers, acquisitions, sales, divestitures, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity financings, and strategic alternative reviews. Mr. Moon focuses on aerospace, defense and government services M&A and corporate finance mandates.
He is the former Chairman and President of the Association for Corporate Growth - Los Angeles, and currently serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Moon began his career as an analyst in the Private Placements Group at Libra Investments, an investment banking firm specializing in middle-market transactions.
