Tim Grosso is a Managing Director at Euclid Transactional where he has been underwriting representation and warranty insurance for more than four years. In his role as an underwriter, Tim has underwritten over $3 billion in limits of liability and is involved in all aspects of insuring mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Euclid Transactional, Tim spent two years as a corporate associate at the law firm Dechert LLP, where he focused on mergers & acquisitions. Prior to law school, Tim was a senior associate at Ernst & Young LLP, where he worked as a CPA in the business tax advisory group.
Tim graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Purdue University and a J.D. (cum laude) from the Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review. In 2022, Tim was recognized as a Rising Star by Insurance Business America.
