Middle Market M&A:  The Art of the Deal


A panel of experienced middle-market M&A deal professionals - a partner at a private equity firm, a corporate development executive at a major corporation who is very active in buying and selling, an investment banker, and an experienced M&A attorney; moderated by a transaction services partner at an accounting firm - join together to discuss their perspectives on M&A: tips on planning and executing an M&A transaction; common pitfalls and how to avoid them; and recent deal trends. Also, they will discuss the current state of the M&A market for middle-market companies in New Jersey and the U.S., and the outlook for 2019.
