A systematic approach to business and personal negotiations

Negotiating skills are essential to success in sales, leadership, relationship development, and frankly most aspects of our lives.

The ability to “Read” the verbal, non-verbal and written cues that clients and prospective clients are sending you during conversations will allow you to more effectively position yourself; build trust; and provide appropriate (and well-received) recommendations.

In this session we will focus on:
