Bruce Eatroff is the Managing Partner of Halyard Capital, a lower middle market New York-based private equity firm with over $600 million of assets under management.  Founded in 2000, Halyard focuses on investments in founder owned Technology-Enabled Services businesses including Digital Marketing, IT Services, Healthcare and Human Capital Management.   Halyard invests $10-$40 million per company in both control and growth capital transactions. The typical company size is between $10 and $50 million of revenue and profitable. Prior to founding Halyard, Bruce was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, UBS and CIBC.  Mr. Eatroff has an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.A. from Lafayette College.

Rakesh (Rick) Jain was most recently a managing director and Investment Committee member at Star Mountain Capital, with over two decades of alternative investment management experience with the majority of that time spent managing private debt and private equity funds in the U.S. middle market. At Star Mountain, Mr. Jain helps lead the firm’s direct investment activities and is involved in all aspects of investment origination, underwriting and portfolio management. Mr. Jain joined Star Mountain from Green Brook Capital Management, a private investment firm that he founded in 2009, which focused on providing flexible private debt and equity solutions to middle market companies, primarily in the services sector. While at Green Brook Capital Management, Mr. Jain invested over $200 million in sponsored and non-sponsored private credit (unitranche, senior, mezzanine, distressed) and equity-related investments across 12 companies.
