Lisa-Marie Codrington is Senior Director of the Office Business Development for NJ TRANSIT, New Jersey’s public transportation corporation. The Office of Business Development (OBD) is housed within NJ TRANSIT’s Office of Civil Rights and is responsible for the administration of NJ TRANSIT’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) programs. As the Senior Director, Lisa-Marie leads a team of professionals that work with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and monitor corporate-wide organizational policies, procedures and practices that ensure compliance with federal and state DBE/SBE program requirements. She provides high-level direction and guidance on matters related to DBE certification and DBE/SBE contract compliance;  leads DBE outreach and supportive services efforts; and partners with internal business units on execution and reporting for all NJ TRANSIT projects and initiatives that may provide opportunities for businesses which have experienced challenges when competing for contracting opportunities historically. Lisa-Marie is passionate for the work she does to help create a level playing field for DBE/SBE contractors.

He currently is a Sr. VP with Bank of America and serves as the Sr. SBA Business Development Officer for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions within the Business Banking group at the bank. He has been recognized by the bank and externally for being the #1 SBA lender at various times during his seven-year tenor with Bank of America.

He has worked as an independent consultant for the New Jersey Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Kean University providing business counseling and has worked with a number of start-up and entrepreneurs over the years.

Melissa focuses her practice on counseling business clients through various transactions with an emphasis on intellectual property issues. Melissa's business law practice includes the representation of clients in contract negotiations, confidentiality agreements, organization and formation of business entities, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder licensure agreements, operating agreements and licensing agreements. Melissa assists women and minority owned business clients with state and federal MWBE certification and renewal.

PrideStaff is an award winning, full service staffing company that provides temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire staffing solutions across industries for professional and light industrial talent.

Manisha received her graduate and undergraduate degrees from Drexel University and from there went on to work for large global companies such as PwC and Thompson Reuters. After the birth of her 2nd son and after spending 10 years in management positions in corporate America, she took what she thought was a step back in her career to become a recruiter at a local staffing company, so she could be closer to her home for her family.
