CHICAGO, June 15, 2018 – Association for Corporate Growth is honored to announce HRH Prince Constantijn van Oranje-Nassau as the opening keynote speaker of its annual EuroGrowth cross-border dealmaking conference.

Now in its sixth year, ACG’s EuroGrowth conference provides middle-market professionals access to deal flow and capital. The program is focused on providing delegates with the knowledge to maximize their portfolio investments and also stay abreast of the political and regulatory landscape.

“Dealmaking in Europe and the UK can be challenging – whether it’s navigating the complex political and regulatory environment, or creating value once the company is acquired,” says Pat Morris, ACG Global president and CEO. “Hearing from experts like Prince Constantijn will provide a tremendous benefit in helping to ensure success in this market.”

HRH is the leader of StartupDelta, the accelerator for the startup ecosystem in the Netherlands. The Prince will share his invaluable experience on ‘How to Ensure that a Startup Becomes a Scale-Up’ and will be joined by a panel of industry experts.

Other highlights of this year’s EuroGrowth program include:

  • Two other keynote presentations: ‘How to Drive Value in Your Portfolio Company’ and ‘Navigating EU Policy and Regulation for Middle-Market M&A.’
  • A variety of breakout sessions covering everything from the impact of blockchain to global leveraged finance to distressed M&A.
  • Roundtable discussions on ESG, Brexit, China investment and tackling digital disruption

“ACG is known for its collegiality and collaboration, and EuroGrowth delegates attend for both the peer-to-peer networking as well as the robust program,” Morris says. “We like to refer to it as the power of ACG.”
