Activities can be added during the registration process. Attendees must be registered for the conference in order to add-on / participate in the activities.

Please note that these activities happen concurrently, so you may only choose just one activity to attend.

Tennis Clinic & Outing | International Tennis Hall of Fame

• 11:30am - 1:30pm ET: Round Robin
• 1:30pm - 2:30pm ET: Lunch
• Cost: $75/person
• Capacity: 20 players

Join us on the courts of the International Tennis Hall of Fame for a Tennis Round Robin tournament prior to the conference! Outdoor grass courts will be available for round robin play for seasoned participants, as well as a pro-led clinic for those newer to the game, followed by lunch for all on the outdoor porch.  

Tennis whites are required for tennis.

Croquet Outing | International Tennis Hall of Fame

• 11:30am - 1:30pm: Instructor led, casual croquet play & tours of the International Tennis Hall of Fame
• 1:30pm - 2:30pm: Lunch
• Cost: $75/person
• Capacity: 16 players

Join us for casual croquet and museum tours at the International Tennis Hall of Fame before the conference! No experience needed. Half the group will start with croquet while the others tour the museum, and then the groups will switch. At 1:30pm, everyone will gather with the tennis group for lunch on the outdoor porch.

Tennis whites are not required for croquet.

Private Boat Cruise | Goat Island Marina | Newport, RI

• Time: 12:00pm - 2:00pm ET
• Cost: $105/person
• Capacity: 68 passengers

Come to town early for a daytime cruise aboard a private, 101ft. classic schooner, the Schooner Aurora! Sail around Newport Harbor & Narragansett Bay with your fellow attendees for a breathtaking view of the Rhode Island coastline. Lunch & refreshments will be served. Space is limited! Please note, boat is not handicap accessible.
