Roopa Unnikrishnan is an accomplished board leader and executive with over 20 years of experience guiding public companies, private equity firms, and executive teams through complex transformations.
Executive Leadership: Currently leads Center10 LLC. Most recently served as Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at IDEX, where her team drove M&A initiatives contributing to 40% of IDEX's new EBITDA growth (2022–2024). Previous roles include Chief Strategy Officer at Vontier, Global Head of Strategy at Harman International (delivering $175M in revenue synergies following Samsung's acquisition), and strategy roles at Pfizer
Board & Governance: Certified Corporate Director (IOD) and NACD Directorship Certified. Board experience includes Horizon Condo Board (Building Committee Chair), TiE Global NY (former Board Chair & President), Sakhi for South Asian Women, and the Taraknath Das Foundation
