ACG Austin/San Antonio’s Annual Awards focus on celebrating the booming middle-market deal community in Central Texas. Scan the QR code below to nominate growing companies and honor the deals and dealmakers who drive M&A. Companies eligible for a Growth Award must have a headquarter office or principal place of operations located in Central Texas. Transactions submitted for a Deal of the Year Award nomination must have a reasonable relationship to the Central Texas area (between Round Rock to San Antonio). If your company, your client, or a prospect has had exceptional financial performance and growth, or completed a great deal last year, please NOMINATE THEM TODAY!
Companies eligible for a Growth Award must have a headquarters office or principal place of operations located in Central Texas. Transactions submitted for a Deal of the Year Award nomination must have a reasonable relationship to the Central Texas area (between Round Rock to San Antonio). Businesses or deals being nominated will need to show revenues between $5Million (minimum) - $1Billion (maximum) as of Dec. 31, 2024. Companies may be nominated for either a Growth Award or a Deal of the Year Award, but not both.
Nominated companies need to accept their nomination and complete the Confidential Nominee Form to be eligible for consideration for the 2025 Awards.

- Confidential Nominee Form Deadline: Friday, August 15, 2025 @ 12Noon CST
- Finalists Announced: Monday, August 25, 2025
- Awards Ceremony & Toast: Thurs. Sept. 18th from 6PM-8:30PM at Westwood Country Club

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received in writing to acgasa@acg.org by 5pm on Wednesday, September 10th will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after 5pm on Wednesday, Sept. 10th. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.
