Founded in 1954, RBP Chemical Technology Inc. is a world-class supplier of proprietary chemicals and delivery devices for the medical implant, printing and electronics manufacturing industries. RBP serves clients around the globe from Manufacturing facilities in Milwaukee and Chennai, India.
Dan Carey and Ernie Litynski, two United States Military Academy (West Point) graduates, will share their amazing journey: why they took over this private business, how they are building a culture of inspired leaders, and what ingredients are key for future growth.
