Corporate Accelerator

Corporate Accelerator Roundtable Series

ACG Wisconsin is launching the Corporate Accelerator Roundtable Series — a recurring forum built for one purpose: to give corporate leaders a room where they can talk honestly with peers about the challenges that actually move the business.

Each session takes on a single topic — from talent and growth to AI, margin pressure, and leadership — and runs as a 45- to 60-minute facilitated discussion at a table of roughly 15 peers. There are no presentations to sit through and nothing being sold. These are corporate-member conversations; service providers do not attend, so the discussion stays candid and the room stays peer-to-peer.

The value is simple. Many times, leaders are solving the same problems in isolation. Put fifteen of them around a table with a sharp question and a facilitator, and the insight compounds. You leave with practical ideas you can use, a few new peer relationships, and the reassurance that comes from comparing notes with people who face what you face.

What to expect

  • One focused topic per session, chosen by the committee for relevance and timeliness.
  • A facilitated 45–60-minute discussion — open questions, real examples, no slideware.
  • Tables of roughly 15 corporate peers, with a facilitator and a note-taker to capture themes.
  • A confidential, member-only room: no sales pitches, no service providers.

Who it is for

Corporate and middle-market leaders across manufacturing, service, and professional-services organizations who want practical, peer-level conversation rather than another presentation.
