Jared Behnke, Founding Partner, Transitus Capital
Mr. Behnke is a founding partner at Transitus Capital, and he has a breadth of investment banking experience having worked with clients across a diverse set of products, sectors and markets. His experience includes mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, leveraged finance, private placement, restructuring and leveraged buyouts, and he has completed transactions totaling more than $12 billion collectively.
Prior to co-founding Transitus Capital, Mr. Behnke served as Managing Director of the Investment Banking Group at Esposito Securities and prior to that worked in the Telecom, Media and Technology Group at UBS. Mr. Behnke holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin as well as Series 7, 63, and 79 securities registrations.
Mr. Behnke serves on the Board of Directors for Camp Sweeney, a summer camp designed to support children with Type 1 Diabetes, and he has previously served as the Chairperson of the Fundraising Board for the Red Balloon Run & Ride benefiting Children’s Hospital.

Brendan Achariyakosol, Founder & Managing Member, Evolute Capital
Brendan Achariyakosol is the Founder and Managing Member of Evolute Capital where he invests in privately held companies with an eye for expansion. Brendan is passionate about partnering with strong owners and management teams while providing them the platform and resources to achieve oversized growth, both organically and through M&A.
Brendan has over 20 years of experience in M&A and over that time has honed his skills toward the lower middle market where he believes the greatest impact can be achieved. Although not confined to any specific sectors, Evolute Capital is currently focused on Information Technology and Business Services. Brendan’s investment thesis of long-term growth is supported by an investor base with aligned interests that allow for the execution of a strategy without time horizons, a flexibility that he feels is paramount in achieving outsized success.
Brendan has a passion for advising and supporting business leaders in their quest to reach new heights both professionally and personally and considers himself to be a lifelong student of entrepreneurship and strategic thinking.
