As Chief Executive Officer, Glenn is responsible for the company achieving its strategic and operational business objectives. He knows that the key to success is putting the company’s clients and professionals who work for them at the center of everything they do.

Mr. Spencer works with Prime Capital’s leadership teams to assure goals are linked to the company’s overall business objectives, assuring they have the resources and support to achieve success. He is actively engaged in recruiting top professionals and acquiring the highest quality organizations interested in building industry-leading brands in the company’s areas of focus.

Glenn’s vision is that Prime Capital Investment Advisor’s will inspire people to achieve their life’s ambitions. He believes that in order to realize this ambition, the entire organization needs to begin by understanding people’s dreams and ambitions in life. “Everything we do as an organization is grounded in our client’s and our people’s goals in life,” Mr. Spencer recently stated.

Throughout his thirty-plus year career, Glenn has progressively held leadership positions in various fields, including business development, client engagement oversight, sales leadership and operational leadership. Prior to his current role, Glenn spent 12 years with a global professional services firm, Lockton Companies, as their US Chief Operating Officer, President of US Operations, Global Chief Operating Officer and Global Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, Mr. Spencer spent more than a decade with professional services firm, Marsh McLennan Companies.

Glenn is originally from Washington, D.C. and received his BBA in finance from The George Washington University. He has children that age from 20 to 30, and currently resides in Overland Park, KS with his wife of over 30 years, Gloria.
