Kristen is a Senior Vice President on the Deal Origination and Sourcing team at Mangrove Equity Partners. With a tenure that began in 2007, Kristen has played a pivotal role in building out many of the processes, systems, strategies and tools that contribute to our team’s effectiveness. Kristen’s primary focus today at Mangrove is originating investment opportunities and qualifying acquisition candidates.

Before joining Mangrove, Kristen started her career in the financial industry with the private banking group at Brown Brothers Harriman in the Charlotte, NC office. Kristen is a proud alumna of the University of Central Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Patrick Bonanno is an Executive Director and Banker in the Tampa office of J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Having grown up in an entrepreneurial family, Pat has borne witness to the tremendous impact that long-term planning—or a lack thereof—can have on a family’s future. He listens closely to what each individual hopes to accomplish, helping them focus on the big picture and craft a path forward that will help safeguard their legacy for future generations. Pat’s holistic style ensures that each client’s values and priorities are reflected in their banking, lending and investing strategies. He is especially skilled with pre-transaction planning that is mindful of tax-aware approaches, wealth transfer and charitable desires.

Throughout his decade-plus career, Pat has developed a reputation as a disciplined strategist, one who can craft appropriate asset allocations and investment portfolios that are customized to specific goals. Most recently, he was at Bernstein Private Wealth Management, and previously spent time at Advisors Asset Management, Inc. and AllianceBernstein.

Pat earned an M.B.A. from Villanova University and a B.S. in Finance from Salisbury University. 

Committed to giving back personally and professionally, Pat is a 2021 graduate of Leadership Tampa Bay, a program
dedicated to inspiring trailblazers to make their marks in the community. He is the former Chair of the Board for The Alliance of M&A Advisors, Tampa Bay, and is involved with the Florida Venture Forum and Metropolitan Ministries.

Pat grew up surfing in a small beach town on Long Island, and loves to travel the world—Costa Rica, El Salvador, Puerto Rico—in search of the next great wave. He enjoys golfing and spending time with his fiancée, Stella

Mr. Norton served as a Senior Managing Director and head of Pfingsten’s operating team for over 20 years. Currently, he is a Senior Advisor to the firm and a member of the Fund V Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Pfingsten, from 1986 to 1999, Mr. Norton was President of Washington Specialty Metals,
and a senior executive with its successor company, Lukens, Inc. Before 1986, Mr. Norton was Director
of Coopers & Lybrand's Emerging Business Services group, a middle market audit, tax and business
consulting practice.

Mr. Norton holds a BA degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois-Chicago and is a Certified
Public Accountant
