About Vibra Screw Inc.
Founded by Eugene A. Wahl over 71 years ago, Vibra Screw Incorporated has been an innovator and leader in the dry solids and bulk materials processing industry. Our equipment, manufactured in our facility in Totowa, NJ, is custom designed to customer specifications to store, discharge, meter, feed and weigh various dry materials into process. Industries served include the food, plastics, agriculture, chemical, water treatment, munitions and paper industries.
Most dry solids do not flow readily from storage into process. Vibra Screw equipment is designed to overcome flow resistance by employing controlled vibration, achieving consistent accuracies. Products include Bin Activators for storage bin discharge, vibrating screw feeders, weigh belt feeders, blenders, bulk bag unloaders, and spiral conveyors.

About Ellen Wahl Skibiak, Treasurer/CFO at Vibra Screw Inc.
Born and raised in Glen Ridge, NJ, I graduated high school from The Kimberley School in Montclair, NJ. Undergraduate studies were completed at Sweet Briar College in Virginia, with a BA degree in International Affairs, followed by an MBA in Finance from The College of Willaim and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.
In 1980, I began my career at the former Irving Trust Company Bank in NY, completing an extensive management training program and advancing as a commercial loan officer. My career at Irving provided me with a strong foundation and wealth of experience that has served me well in my overall management responsibilities at Vibra Screw. While at Irving Trust, I was responsible for covering a large territory in the Southeast, providing cash management services, financial consulting and various lending opportunities to a wide range of industries.
Shortly before my father’s retirement from Vibra Screw Inc. in 1985, I joined my two brothers in running the business. While my primary function is the management of the financial side of the business, I have also been integrally involved with sales, marketing, HR and production for over 40 years. I am a firm believer in cultivating good communication with employees and supporting and encouraging their input.
I am married to my husband, a retired dentist, for 38 years and am the proud mother of a daughter, Allie, who also has her MBA in finance. Allie has become an integral part of the Vibra Screw family team. My hobbies and interests include reading, hiking, cooking, golf, occasional traveling and being a devoted “grandmother” to Allie’s dog and cat.
