What's a CEO Circle? A peer advisory group of 14–16 CEOs who meet monthly in person (2.5 hours) at a sponsor's office, guided by an ACG-trained chair. Members work through real issues using a structured process and hear from expert speakers quarterly, in a culture of authentic sharing, non-solicitation, and confidentiality — all members are vetted so no competitors join the same group.

Nominate a Qualified CEO Nominations can come from a trusted M&A advisor, sponsor, staff member, fellow CEO, or ACG member. Candidates should be:
CEOs or business owners with $5M+ in annual revenue
Able to attend a monthly 2.5-hour in-person meeting in San Diego
Willing to follow session guidelines and respect confidentiality
