Session Details
Most dealmakers are already experimenting with AI, but few have mapped where it can create meaningful advantages across the entire deal lifecycle. This practitioner-focused conversation cuts through the hype to examine how AI is being applied from origination and sourcing through underwriting, execution, and post-close portfolio management.
Drawing on research, real-world workflows, and firsthand experience from private equity firms, the discussion will explore where AI is delivering measurable speed and insight today, where adoption remains early, and where middle-market firms may be leaving opportunity on the table. Attendees will gain a practical view of the workflows ready for AI now and how leading firms are using it to source faster, underwrite smarter, compress execution timelines, and build a compounding competitive advantage.
No hype. No demos. Just a candid, data-backed conversation about moving from AI experimentation to AI as an institutional capability.
