Austin is a dynamic market for rapid growth and high margin software companies. Jarett Janik, CFO of E2open, has more than 20 years of financial and operational experience in rapid growth M & A focused teams at tech/software companies across the globe. He has completed over 40 M & A transactions during his career. He will share insights on the lifecycle of a dynamic software company based in Austin.
Following successful positions as CFO at Allegro and Forterro as well as executive and senior finance positions at Infor, Certegy, and Netzee, Jarett joined E2open — a provider of end-to-end supply chain solutions through a cloud-based network platform —as CFO in June of 2018. He excels at strategic planning and igniting revenue growth, building dynamic global teams, and prides himself on being a change catalyst and motivating management teams to lead their businesses successfully through the shifts and uncertainties that come with acquisitions, IPOs, and other change.

There are no refunds for cancellations received after 5PM on April 9th. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.
