The NextGen committee (formerly ALI) was formed in 2014 by ACG New Jersey to develop a network of accomplished professionals who are in the process of building their businesses. The target audience for the the NextGen group includes individuals who are ten to twenty years into their careers, and have a strong desire to bolster their professional network through the development of peer relationships.
