7:30 am: Breakfast at Emerald Room in the Village Lodge
8:00 am: Networking and panel discussion at Emerald Room in the Village Lodge
9:00 am: Hit the slopes!
12:30 pm–1:30 pm: Group Lunch on the Mountain at private Parallax Club at McCoy’s
3:30 pm–5:30 pm: Apres Party in Cloverleaf Room and patio at Canyon Lodge
6:30 pm: Dinner at Petra’s Bistro & Wine Bar

Tuesday, February 7, 2023
7:30 am: Breakfast at Emerald Room in the Village Lodge
8:00 am: Networking and Speaker: Tom Hodges, Director Planning & Development, Mammoth Mtn.
9:00 am: Hit the slopes!
12:00 pm–1:30 pm: No Host Lunch at The Mill Cafe and ski for the rest of the day!

Note: The ski race is uncertain at this time. The mountain is hosting the U.S. Grand Prix, so we are waiting word from the Mountain with respect to whether or not we can hold our race on either Monday from 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm or Tuesday from 10:00 am – Noon. We will get the official word on February 2nd.

 

 

One-Bedroom Condos are $269/night (plus $20 resort fee) on Sunday and Monday respectively, and $375/night (plus $20 resort fee) Friday and Saturday night, if arriving early.
