Chris Voss is the FBI's former lead international hostage negotiator, author of the national best-seller Never Split The Difference: Negotiating As If Your Life Depended On It, which was named one of the seven best books on negotiation, and CEO of The Black Swan Group. Drawing on his experience, he shares effective principles for becoming more persuasive along with riveting, high-stakes stories of criminal negotiations.
 
Trained by the FBI, Scotland Yard, and Harvard, Voss spent 24 years with the FBI and worked approximately 150 kidnappings worldwide.
