Who We Are

ACG Raleigh Durham is a leader in the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) global network of over 16,000 professionals worldwide and drives corporate growth and deal making in the Triangle.
More than 150 foremost authorities in their fields comprise this diverse and knowledgeable Raleigh Durham network of executives, capital sources, intermediaries, and advisors. Membership is by application and is subject to review and approval by the Board of Directors.

Our members are:

Corporate Leaders (35% of members) representing the leading mid-market companies in the area

Capital Providers and Intermediaries (30% of members) who represent our local private equity funds, mezzanine lenders and investment banking firms

Professional Advisers representing leading Triangle legal, accounting and professional advisory firms

What We Do

The Board of 20 dedicated members along with other committee members focus on the needs of these professionals to build unparalleled opportunities for networking, deal-making, personal growth and professional development for individuals involved in building corporate value through M&A, strategic partnerships, organic growth and capital funding.

ACG Raleigh Durham Hosts:

10 Monthly Breakfast & Evening Networking Meetings featuring panels and speakers on current business trends, market conditions, and hot button issues.

1 Capital Conference – featuring exhibits from over 60 Private Equity, Mezzanine Funds and Investment Bankers from across the country. Representing over $500 Billion in funds under management, this is the largest gathering of deal making professionals in the Carolinas.

3 Corporate Development Professionals Events – Corporate Development professionals in the area gather at ACG Roundtable sessions to discuss issues and events pertinent to their profession and to network with their peers.

Women’s Forum and Emerging Dealmakers Events – The Women’s Forum will meet quarterly to advance networking for RDU area women in M&A. Emerging Dealmaker meetings will be held bi-monthly and mix educational and networking opportunities.
