Cesar DOnofrio

Making Sense LLC
CEO

As the founder and CEO of Making Sense, Cesar Donofrio is a business builder, entrepreneur and investor who innovates and evolves the technical capabilities and customer experiences of global healthcare, FinTech, and AgTech companies. Early in his career he saw the opportunity to meld software development with user experience while supporting clients like the World Bank and international videogames. Today, Making Sense serves middle-market companies and clients like Dell, Microsoft, H-E-B, Valero, USAA, Crossbank, and AMD.

UX Design Thinking is critical to technology development and implementation. Good UX design reduces the learning curve for users, supports greater adoption, increases productivity, generates greater engagement and accelerates the success of digital transformation initiatives.  At Making Sense UX Design Thinking is coupled with development throughout the implementation process to validate decisions, and ensure that it can be done smoothly, on budget, and on time.

In 2006, DOnofrio founded Making Sense Ventures to test emerging technologies and develop novel solutions for improving customer service, satisfaction, and loyalty. As a result, Donofrio launched two successful technology products, an easy-to-use landing page platform that was acquired by a Silicon Valley company, and Doppler, an email marketing platform that ranks among the top five in LATAM.

Since co-founding Making Sense in 2006, the company has grown from a handful of people in Argentina to a mid-sized company based in the U.S., Argentina and Mexico serving global clients. He is married with two children, and lives in Palo Alto, California.
