Omar Dessouky is a High Technology analyst with UBS Equity Research.  His team publishes research on the most widely held technology stocks and advises some of the world's largest institutional investors on the risks and opportunities in investing in AI-related companies.  Prior to UBS, he worked as a management consultant, where he helped numerous middle market and mainstream private equity firms evaluate investment opportunities in a variety of industries.  Omar holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from Columbia University in New York City where he studied Statistics, Machine Learning, and Value Investing. Omar will not offer opinions or recommendations on any equity securities this panel.

Sanjiv Goyal is the CEO of Droisys, which he co-founded in 2003. Sanjiv is considered a thought leader on the Internet of Things and has a keen passion for the future of mobile and shopper engagement. Sanjiv is a successful serial entrepreneur and pioneer of emerging technology applications in business. He brings 25+ years of business acumen from several Fortune 500 companies, most notably from IBM, Autonation, Mastech, GMS, and RMS. He grew with progressive leadership roles in corporate strategy, business development, and management.

Sanjiv is an active angel investor with a successful high-tech portfolio. Sanjiv has been pivotal in mentoring promising new entrepreneurs and has won awards for several of his innovations; most note-worthy, is the location based contesting platform. Every single bottle of Heinz ketchup served in restaurants is labeled with it. He has architected first automatic vehicle location system of Singapore in 1996, since then he is focused on Innovation.

As Angel Investor, he is looking for startups leveraging mobile in Digital marketing, Retail, Healthcare, Gaming, Hospitality. He has invested in Vriti, Fanminder, Admaxim, Appgravity, Gameloot, Raffity, Ebsavvy, Pregame, Mobifusion, Edseva, Demars Group, Mobiglue, Pyxa, SampleUP, iShopthrifty, Mobiglue, and Direct 401K. He believes in supporting our youth and focuses his philanthropic duties on children’s charities. Sanjiv holds Master’s degree in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Delhi, India.

Most recently, TJ worked at Cloudera building out novel solutions and go-to-market strategies to help Cloudera accelerate growth pre and post IPO. Before Cloudera, TJ worked at a variety of startups including Zuora and Ayasdi helping their marketing teams scale as they faced hyper growth. TJ holds a B.S. in Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
